Need position as SECRETARY


Job Description:

  • Supporting circulation task assignment from subordinate, including administrative and secretariat activities and handle all personal business that are fit with rules and procedures of company
  • Handle all personal activities of subordinate, like medical claim, entertainment, phone billing, arrangement of schedule, etc
  • Making correspondence for and from subordinate
  • Arrangement of meeting schedule

Requirement:

  • Female, 24-30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable Secretarial Academy
  • Preferable have 1 years experience in Secretarial area
  • Excellent with Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Good communication skill, Creative and Innovative
  • Fluent in English (Both Written or Oral) is a must
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Based on Jakarta
