RESPONSIBILITY:

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering (Preferably from top 3 rank University: UI, ITB, ITS)
Minimum 2 years experience in related field

- Software Unix, Linux, Database SQL, XML, LDAP

- TCP/IP network

- MPLS network

Key Accountability Areas:

Establish process parameters in term of machine hours and standard labor hours based on PMD (Predetermined Motion Data) in order to maximize labor efficiency and equipment utilization.
Establish and develop the work methods, manufacturing process, safety requirement and standard operating procedure.
Design new lines for torso/sub assembly for new toy and buy off line tooling before hand over.

Conceive and design ergonomic work jigs; fixture and assembly units that will enable the operators to do their work comfortably and efficiently having due regard for monetary budget constraints necessitating cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

1-2 years experience as an Engineer in similar industries, although fresh graduate from reputable university may apply.
Has Technical Drawing and AutoCAD drawing skills.
Has Basic Automation Control knowledge / PLC ( Programmable Logic Control ).
Has Basic Pneumatic and sonic welding.
Hands on tool / line tooling design.
Familiar working with MS Office and MRP ( AS 400 ).
Has Basic knowledge in Plant facility and general construction.
