Need position as :

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING ENGINEER

Key Accountability Areas:

• Establish process parameters in term of machine hours and standard labor hours based on PMD (Predetermined Motion Data) in order to maximize labor efficiency and equipment utilization.
• Establish and develop the work methods, manufacturing process, safety requirement and standard operating procedure.
• Design new lines for torso/sub assembly for new toy and buy off line tooling before hand over.
• Perform machine and/ or tools capacity analysis for supporting production requirement/ schedule.
• Conceive and design ergonomic work jigs; fixture and assembly units that will enable the operators to do their work comfortably and efficiently having due regard for monetary budget constraints necessitating cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-2 years experience as an Engineer in similar industries, although fresh graduate from reputable university may apply.
• Has Technical Drawing and AutoCAD drawing skills.
• Has Basic Automation Control knowledge / PLC ( Programmable Logic Control ).
• Has Basic Pneumatic and sonic welding.
• Hands on tool / line tooling design.
• Familiar working with MS Office and MRP ( AS 400 ).
• Has Basic knowledge in Plant facility and general construction.
• willing to be located in Cikarang.
